ABOUT GROUP CLASSES

Group Class Offerings

HIIT CIRCUIT

High Intensity Intervals with exercises in a more circuit-based fashion. Our trainers will move you like you never moved before through a series of exercises meant to get your heartrate up and sweat like no other. This is the most anticipated class of the bunch.   

HIIT STRENGTH

High intensity interval training with a focus on muscle and strength building exercises. This class will be separated into lower body, upper body, and full body days to give you a complete body work out by the end of the week. Join us for this class if you are looking to tone-up, learn new exercises, and build more strength.
